Who We are

We were started up by Stephen Reid -

Steve started out with Speirs Finance and set up the Nelson /Marlborough agency back in 2000 he continued to manage this until Speirs was sold to Allied Nationwide Finance Limited

Steve primary focus at that time was funding and leasing of commercial plant and equipment along with some marine lending & vehicle finance

Steve has progressed Smart Money Limited ever since and placed over $ 75 Million in asset finance to date

Smart Money is a member of the Professional Advisers Association & is a licensed Financial Services Provider  ( FSP113185)
